Re- Partnership venture
I am making this partnership proposal to you in strict confidence. I am writing following an opportunity in my office that will be of immense benefit for both of us. I am a manager in First National Bank (FNB) one of the leading bank in South Africa.
In the branch that I manage I discovered an abandoned large sum of fund (USD$21.7 Million) in a dormant account belonging to one of the apartheid politician.
My findings revealed that the original owner is dead. Since I have all the necessary information needed to claim this fund, can I present you as heir to the deceased before my bank?
